Job description

Your role will be to support the implementation of the new ‘state of the art’  Contract Management System.

  • You will support configuration workshops with implementation partner
  • You will work with business users to gather relevant user requirements
  • You will prepare the migration of current contract information into the new system
  • You will support managing the change for all business users at Purchasing DAF

Your profile

  • Bachelor in Data science and/or AI or other Bachelors where data science and AI are an essential part
  • We are looking of an enthusiastic intern who likes to be part of implementing a ‘state of the art’ contract management system
  • You like to work with latest digital technology
  • You are have analytical skills
  • You are an easy communicator in word and writing in English
  • You find it easy to connect with people

Department

The Purchasing Department is responsible for the sourcing of all components and supporting services to design, build and sell high-end Trucks. Purchasing finds and selects suppliers, contracts them, measures performance  and manages the supplier relationships. Closely collaborating with Product development, Operations, Marketing & Sales and other supporting departments.

The Digital Systems team withing Purchasing is responsible for improving the Purchasing systems to support the processes and to provide relevant data for Purchasing to make the right decisions. This team consists out of 4 business analysts.
