For our Accounting department, we are looking for an intern who will assist with various tasks.
As an intern, you will be responsible for aiding the Financial Accounting Manager and working alongside the Accounting Assistants for the PACCAR Spanish subsidiary.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Booking of supplier/customer invoices,
- Preparing bank reconciliation, creation of routine journal entries as needed,
- Communicating with suppliers, customers and other PACCAR subsidiaries to resolve any financial discrepancies,
- Provide support during SOX, internal and external audits as needed,
- Able to conduct ledger to sub-ledger reconciliation of various accounts
Jouw profiel
- Enrolled in an HBO program in the field of Accounting and/or Finance
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Has ability to deliver your work with accuracy
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel
Afdeling
PACCAR Financial Spain and Portugal are two of the subsidiaries within the PACCAR Financial Europe Control Department located in Eindhoven. The department plays a leading role in supporting the financing of DAF Trucks to third party customers. The main offices of both subsidiaries are located in Madrid and Lisboa respectively and are in charge of the market for DAF Trucks in those regions with centralized accounting team in Eindhoven.
